Bike Hire – Half Day

Hire a bike for half the day! Please add a note to your booking to request a morning or afternoon slot. Either 10am till 1pm or 1pm till 4pm Explore the city or the surrounding countryside. There are several off road routes to enjoy, so even if you’re not a regular cyclist you can pedal away!

To Book: Choose a size of bike from the menu below and select a start and end date. Add it to your cart, and select another bike if you need. Then follow the payment instructions. The men’s large bikes will fit a medium sized fellow perfectly.

Description

When you collect the bike there is a security deposit to pay of £50.00 per bike. For electric bikes the security deposit is £200.00 per bike plus photo ID eg photo card driving licence and corresponding document eg utility bill / bank statement is required. Extras: helmet £1.50, panniers £5 and childseats  £15 pay for these on the day. Bookings can be cancelled up to seven days in advance with a 50% refund, thereafter no refund is given. Bookings can be moved (subject to availability) to a different day up to seven days in advance.
